Phil Arrowsmith has joined battery manufacturer EnerSys as the UK’s Northern Area Business Development Manager for speciality batteries. He will be responsible for the company’s complete range of sealed rechargeable Genesis batteries which are primarily used in security and UPS installations. Larger models in the range are also used for mobility equipment. He reports to Sales Director Chris Pretty.

This appointment has been made in response to a significant increase in sales,’ explains Chris. ‘Phil’s previous experience in the telecommunications sector selling communication solutions to industry will be a great asset. As an addition to the sales team he will enable us to meet our commitments to customers throughout the North of England, Scotland and Northern Ireland as the business continues to grow.’
