Quality Mission Statement
The mission of the corporate Quality Assurance department shall be to make data driven decisions used to drive change within the EnerSys organization.
•We will do so by constantly appraising the effects of man, method, material, and machine to prevent nonconformance
•We shall continuously monitor customer feedback and communicate issues throughout the organization.
•We will be experts in our quality management system and will demand accountability within all of its’ aspects.
•Lastly, we will lead corrective action teams organized to prevent future nonconformance.
Our policy at EnerSys is to provide the leadership, resources, and systems that will prevent nonconformance and enhance customer satisfaction by meeting their requirements every time. We will do so by focusing on our customers’ needs and by involving all associates in the day to day operations of our business.
